How to get right your work-life balance – coaching program

 

Do you live to work or do you work to live?

The answer to this question is the starting point in finding your right work-life balance. Balance is never a 50% – 50% spread of your efforts and results, it differs a lot from one person to another, from one period in life to another, from one profession to another. I coach successful professionals to get comfortable with the balance of their efforts in their work and life.
 
Many professionals and organizations concerned by the quality of life in general sustain the paradigm that work-life balance can be beneficial for both the employees and employers. This way of thinking is still very revolutionary – and it will take time before employers and employees will consider it an opportunity and not a concern.
 
The program goes through the folowing steps:
 

  • We define what work-life balance means to YOU;
  • We look  for areas of attention in your current life;
  • Come up with clear action plans;
  • Check out progress of actions;
  • Identify Roadblocks and remove them;
  • Start to enjoy your desired WORK-LIFE balance!

** For the Group and Individual levels, if it is the first time we get in contact, we will initially schedule a 30 minutes exploratory session to assess your needs and decide the options suitable for you. 

* The Basic level is immediately available to you. You will receive week, by week the reading materials together with the questionnaires and exercises that have to be submitted weekly.
