What is the value of your commitment?

When you hear somebody saying, I want to change this or that, but I don’t have the time to do it. Do you see here already a contradiction between what is said and the real intentions? Can we say that actually there is no commitment to change?

We better get some clarity around that change:

What this change will bring you? How your life will be different after this change? What is the value of the change you want to make? Can you measure that in time? money? energy? How much are you ready to spend to of that resource to get this change real?

What do you think?
